USE OF SITE
You may only use the website to make legitimate enquiries
or bookings. You will not make any speculative false or improper
bookings or any booking in anticipation of demand. If we are
of the opinion that such a booking has been made we shall
be entitled to cancel the booking and inform the relevant
authorities. You shall provide correct and accurate e-mail,
postal and/or other contact details to us and acknowledge
that we may use these details to contact you in the event
that this should prove necessary. If you do not give us all
of the information that we need, we may not be able to complete
your booking.
YOUR CONTRACT
Cambodiahotelo arranges accommodation at the hotels featured on
our website. Your contract is with us and is subject to the
booking terms and conditions of contract.
PERSONAL PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us and we make every effort to
ensure that your privacy is respected at all times. Please
read our Privacy Statement to learn more about how your rights
are protected.
PAYMENT
We will charge a non-refundable $5 service fee at the time
of booking. You will not be charged for the hotel at the time
of booking, but we will debit full amount of your credit card
4-14 days or more prior to your check-in date (unless you
need the voucher earlier, in which case we debit the payment
before sending the voucher), for the amount specified in the
booking confirmation. We will send you our booking confirmation
by E mail (normally within 24 hrs.) and our booking confirmation
will be the total amount that you have to pay, instructions
on how to make your payment. No charge is made to your credit
card until your booking is confirmed, that is, when you have
secured your room reservation by completing our Secure Online
Credit Card Form or faxing it to us duly completed and signed.

The following are condition and cancellation
policies:
CANCELLATION FOR TOURS
In case of cancellation, fees will be charged
according to the day that written cancellation is received
at the Bangkok Booking Center as follows:
• 15 to 30 days before arrival date
- 10% of tour price
• 7 to 14 days before arrival date - 20% of tour price
• 1 to 6 days before arrival date - 50% of tour price
• no show fee - 100% of tour price
CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION FOR ONLINE HOTEL BOOKINGS
Cancellation of confirmed reservation (After
sending the hotel voucher) will cause the charges as follows:
a) If we receive your notification of cancellation more than
10 days prior to check-in date, there will be no cancellation
charge except for a bank credit card processing fee of 10%
of the total amount PLUS administration fee EUR 10 or USD
10 or GBP10 depending on hotel currency.
b) If we receive your notification of cancellation
10 days or less before check-in date, a bank credit card processing
fee of 10% of the total amount PLUS administration fee EUR
10 or USD 10 or GBP 10 depending on hotel currency. PLUS one
night room charge for each confirmed room will be levied.
c) Cancellation after the check-in date (or
cancellation deadline date) cannot be refundable due to the
hotel policy.
In some cases, Cancellation deadline is longer
than 10 days one-night-charge period. Cancellation deadline
date is FIXED, by the hotels, and the general cancellation
policy will not be applied for the reservation which is made
during a certain special periods, e.g. Christmas, New Year
or special events, trade fairs, etc. In such situations we
will inform you correspondingly and give you a certain number
of extra days to either accept or reject this special condition.
Failure to react before the expiry of this extension period
will automatically cancel the reservation. Reaction within
this period will results in the normal continuation of the
reservation process.
** ANY REFUND WILL CAUSE A BANK FEE
of 10% **
No Show policy:
No Show will be charged 1 night for each
confirmed room OR 100% of the total invoice charged varying
according to the hotel policy.
Delay check-in and Early check-out:
a) Delay check-in will not lead to any reimbursements.
b) Early check-out or unused night, please
contact hotel and asked for written report by the hotel management,
indicated that they would not charge for unused night. We
will use this reference to investigate and refund to guest
if appropriate.
Extension of stay:
After your arrival, if you plan on extend your stay, you will
need to contact our customer support services by telephone

When you contact us, we require any 2 (TWO)
of the following, so that we may efficiently process your
request and reply to you: Your Booking ID Email Address used
in the booking Name and Surname used in the booking All cancellations
must be made IN WRITING using one of the following methods:
By sending an e-mail to cancel@cambodiahotelo.com.
By sending a fax to +66 251 6796 A Cancellation must be confirmed
back to you by us. If you have not received a confirmation
of the cancellation within 24 hours after submission, it means
we have not received it and you must resubmit it.
